What are TSWB, TSRC and TSS Series?

  • The TSWB Series is at the top of it's class for a dual cylinder design. It is used on heavily reinforcecd concrete beams and columns with is concrtrated crushing teeth and rebar cutting blades.
  • The TSRC Series is at the top of it's class for a dual cylinder design. It is used to free beams of concrete casings and provide ample shear blade cutting coverage with its state-of-the -art round blade design. Prefered tool in the Japanese demolition market.
  • The TSS Series is ahead of its classs for a singel cylinder design, in operating weight and crushing force at 15% heavier and 30% higher respectively to our previous CUT series.

What does FR, HR and ARTS refer to?

  • FR is free rotation or mechanical / knock-around movement
  • HR is hydraulic rotation that requires a second 2 way circuit
  • ARTS is Advanced Rotation Technology System that uses the primery 2 way circuit and is activated when the jaws are fully open.
    • ARTS rotator is powered by hydraulic power diverted from the jaw open circuit. Rotation is in one direction only.

Can I use my breaker under water? Need any kits?

Can I use a compactor to drive in dock pilings?

Does a Trommel bucket turn both ways? How fast?

Yes. However, please make sure to reverse the drum after it completely stops turning otherwise the hydraulic motor may have premature oil leakage.

How fast?

  • 15 rpm to 25 rpm. It can be adjusted by adjusting valve. Clockwise : Speed increase Counter-clockwise : Speed decrease. For more details, please refer to instructions manuals.

What kind of breaker tool do I use for my application?

  • Moil point : The moil point tool is best for breaking concrete, bedrock and pavement.
  • Chisel : The chisel tool is ideal for trenching work, finishing slopes and specialty applications.
  • Blunt : The blunt tool provides excellent shattering effects in quarries.
  • Core moil point: These special tools have a core insert of extremely durable, wear resistant steel. Sharpening is unnecessary because the outer edge of the tool wears faster than the hardened core, which produces double the service life of standard working tools.

    • Okada America Inc warrants the Okada TOP Series Breaker (the “product”) for a period of thirty-six (36) months starting from the date of delivery to the original purchaser or forty-two (42) months from date of shipment from the Okada factory to distributor, whichever comes first. During this period, Okada America warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and factory workmanship when properly installed, serviced and operated under normal conditions, in accordance with Okada’s published installation and/or operating instructions. Warranty is void if non-genuine Okada parts have been used in assemblies, or any alterations not approved by Okada America are made. Wear components are not covered by this statement.
  • ORV Series
    • Okada America Inc warrants the Okada ORV Series Breaker (the “product”) for a period of twenty-four (24) months starting from the date of delivery to the original purchaser or thirty (30) months from date of shipment from the Okada factory to distributor, whichever comes first.   • Non Impact

What is your parts return policy?

Parts may only be returned within one year of original purchase.

  • An RGA Number is required for ALL returns.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (Special circumstances notwithstanding).
